FY26 3RD & 4TH QUARTER SUBSISTENCE - FDC HONOLULU

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on May 20, 2026 at 12:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).

The Government intends to establish purchases orders from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government and provides the best value.

Contractor must complete all Representations and Certifications found in the provisions listed below within their profile in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov to be considered for this solicitation.

Requests for technical and or contractual clarification are to be submitted by email to gxrojas@bop.gov. Questions must be received no later than May 15, 2026 at 12:00: PM Pacific Daylight Time. Answers to questions will be provided in the form of an amendment to this solicitation.

Quotation information may be submitted via email. Submit responses to: gxrojas@bop.gov. Reference solicitation number: 15BH0N26Q00000004 on all documents and requests for information. When submitting the quote, please ensure to fill out the attached solicitation and submit once completed. Quotes must be received no later than May 20, 2026  at 12:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time.
