This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.603 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation, quotes are being requested and the SF1449 will not be issued.
This solicitation has five (5) planned Custodial awards for the following Missouri Lake Projects:

• CUS 01 - Orleans Trail Park, Stockton Lake Project
• CUS 02 - Damsite, Pomme de Terre Project
• CUS 03 - Nemo Park, Pomme de Terre Lake Project
• CUS 04 - Outlet, Wheatland, Lightfoot, Pomme de Terre Lake Project
• CUS 05 - Admin Facility Area, Pomme de Terre Lake Project

The solicitation number for this acquisition is W912DQ26QA004 and it is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Due Date for the receipt of quotes is listed in Block 8 of the SF 1449. Offers shall be submitted in PDF via e-mail to evan.oathout@usace.army.mil. All quotes must be good for at least 60 days from quote due date. All quotes must be emailed separately.

Description of Services Required: The U.S Army Corps of Engineers has a need for custodial services at various lake projects in Missouri. The contractor shall furnish labor, equipment, and supplies to provide custodial services for the stated lake projects in the state of Missouri, as described in the attached performance work statements (PWS) and elsewhere in the contract. The Contractor shall comply with all Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, statutes and regulations pertaining to the provided W912DQ26QA004 Missouri FY26 Custodial Mass Solicitation.
