The United States Probation Office for the Eastern District of Missouri intends to procure treatment services for federal defendants and persons under supervision using Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for services beginning October 1, 2025. The total duration of the BPA, including the exercise of four 12-month options, shall not exceed 60 months. BPAs are being solicited for the following: Sex Offender Treatment: required services may include, but are not limited to, sex offense-specific evaluations, counseling (individual, group, and/or family), chaperone training and support, specialized treatment (individual and group) for pretrial defendants charged with a sex-offense, and transportation. 0865-26-40S Sex Offender Treatment for St. Francois County Interested vendors must respond on time, and clearly show: they can provide services within the catchment area with a facility available for use, such services will be provided by a professional meeting the criteria required, and prices of such treatment shall be as low or lower than those charged the vendors most favored customer for comparable quantities under similar terms and conditions. Please note those instances wherein multiple counties/zip codes are referenced as a catchment area, the vendor must only have one site somewhere within one of the counties/zip codes identified as the catchment area. To be included on the solicitation distribution list: Interested treatment providers should submit a letter of interest to Nicole Vernier-Gelven at Nicole_Vernier-Gelven@moep.uscourts.gov. Interested providers will receive e-mail notification when the Request for Proposals (RFP) have been posted on the U.S. Probation Office web page at www.moep.uscourts.gov (under Treatment Services).
