The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, hereby announces the solicitation for Gavins Point Winter Recreation Area Cleaning 2026-2031. The solicitation will close on 16 March 2026. Project Description: This is a non-personal services contract to provide cleaning and janitorial services for recreation areas and public use facilities within USACE, Gavins Point Project. The location of the services covered by this contract will be at USACE managed campgrounds, day use areas, public use areas/facilities and surrounding areas near Gavins Point Dam, located approximately four miles west of Yankton, SD on SD Highway 52. The Period of Performance for this effort is a 12-month base year + four (4) 12 month-option years. See Section 1.5 of the Performance Work Statement for a detailed Period of Performance breakdown of the active/inactive period of performances throughout the year.
