The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), an agency of the Government, intends to procure the following Commercial Non-Personal Services contract to provide General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) support services to the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command located on Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The Government anticipates the issuance of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract as a result of subject solicitation. The anticipated Period of Performance will be for a base year with four option years. A description of the requirement may be found in the Attachments Section of this combined synopsis/solicitation. All requirements, required provisions, clauses (e.g., 52.212-1; 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, etc.), addenda, instructions and evaluation factors may be found in the solicitation attached to this combined synopsis/solicitation. Proposals are due no later than 10:00 AM EST on Friday, 03 April 2026 via email to Contract Specialist, Kristena Burleigh at kristena.m.burleigh.civ@army.mil and copied to the Contracting Officer, Heather M.
