Ft. (ABOA): 2,480 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,730 Space Type: Warehouse with Office Space, Flex Space Parking Spaces (Total): 5 Parking Spaces (Surface): 3 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 Full Term:15 years Firm Term:10 years Additional Requirements: Warehouse Space: 1,800 Sq. Ft. A minimum of 15 feet clear ceiling height is required. Grade level electronically operated (automatic), sectional overhead door. Minimum of 18 Ft. wide and 12 Ft. Tall. Automatic sprinkler protection system Industrial-type sink approximately 24”wide x 24”long x 13” deep installed within a stainless steel 10 ft. counter with a bottom open shelf. Sink required hot and cold water. Industrial/ commercial grade ventilation system At least one personnel door from exterior to warehouse space. At least one other separate personnel door to the office space portion of the building from exterior. Concrete apron must be provided at all personnel and overhead doors. Long countertop and deep sink with both hot and cold water 24/7 HVAC Required for Evidence Room LAN Room: 40 Sq Ft. Security: FSL Level 2 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
