    2. Space must also allow for one storage container to house ammunitions with dimensions at 98” tall x 96” wide x 86” deep with a door swing at 24” and a weight of 38,540 lbs.
    3. Agency cannot be located on the first, second, or top floor of any building.
    4. Parking must be tandem free, on-site, or adjacent to the property free from crossing vehicle traffic.

    Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
