The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The contract will be awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis utilizing the following evaluation factors: ” Technical Acceptability: The government will evaluate descriptive literature, data sheets, or drawings to verify the product meets the standard commercial specifications requested. ” Past Performance: Evaluated via the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).
