SOURCE SOUGHT NOTICE: DLA Troop Support Clothing and Textiles is seeking eligible contractors to furnish the Gloves, Heavy Duty Leather (PGC:03999) in accordance with 6170-5E, DATED JUNE 5, 2021.

All responsible sources may express their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice regarding their ability to provide product conforming to the Product Description. In addition, please provide details on where component material and end item manufacturing would take place, production lead-time for end item delivery, monthly and annual quantities (minimum sustaining rates, economical production rates and maximumproduction rates), and estimated pricing. 

If a manufacturer has an item that does not fully meet the requirements in the PD, any response should clearly specify the deviations. If interested parties cannot provide requested product, please provide some feedback on which specific requirements pose an issue.

Any information provided in response to this notice will NOT be considered binding between the vendor and the Government.
