Certificate of Conformance (CoC) and Certificate of Analysis (CoA): 3M will certify only to the standard 3M manufacturing specification. Report drawing/specifications with noted exceptions from 3M if applicable. This effort is following commercial procedures: Reference 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 resulting in a contract using commercial procedures, 52.212-4, 52.212.5. Evaluation Criteria: The product needs to be delivered 6 weeks after placement of order, must meet quantity requirement, adhere to appropriate shipping requirements (additional information provided below), and cost will be considered.
