SYNOPSIS:

Solicitation #: 1333MJ25R0001
Solicitation Number: 1333MJ25R0001
Contract Number: To be determined at time of award.
The scope of the acquisition is for construction of a gravel pad and driveway. These features are to be constructed into an undeveloped cleared area of the AOML property to allow for heavy equipment travel. The driveway is intended to prevent the often-met situation of having heavy forklifts and trucks stuck in the fine sand and dirt of this area that is exacerbated with frequent rain. The parking pad is to be used to park a 3-axle boat trailer that has encountered the same situation of sinking into the current substrate. The current areas consist of St. Augustine grass and weeds which is maintained with monthly lawn care. No trees, shrubs, or brushes are on the work area. The driveway and parking pad will be built to an elevated state to allow for drainage during heavy rains as well as have built-in aggregate management to keep gravel from being pushed outwards causing potholes and ruts.
The Government intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) Solicitation with an anticipated award date of on or before 19 September 2025.
