The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Vicksburg District (USACE-MVK), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Agilix Solutions, LLC. (CAGE Code: 5P523) for the all purchase and delivery of lighting items to Grenada Lake Field Office.  The delivery address is 2202 Scenic Loop 33, Grenada, MS 38901.  All items shall be delivered no less than three months after date of award.

This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), and no solicitation is available for this procurement. Nevertheless, any firm or individual that believes it can meet the Vicksburg District’s requirements described herein may submit a capabilities statement, which, if received by 3:00 PM CST on 25 August 2025, will be considered.  Responses to this posting must be submitted via e-mail, no phone calls will be accepted. A determination not to compete this purchase based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government.
