Control Solutions Northwest, Inc., located at 7222 East Nora AVE., Spokane, WA 99212, has sole proprietary rights for servicing the Schneider Electric Intelligent Automation (I/A) Building Automation System Maintenance (Specifically, any part, master level EcoPartner, controllers, DDC controls, DDC boards and relays that are manufactured by Barber Coleman, Robertshaw, Invensys, Network 8000 and TAC I/A Series product lines) for the Automatic Temperature Control, Building Management System and Energy Management System. The NAICS Code is 238220 and the size standard is $19.0 million. This will be a base plus four(4) option years, firm-fixed price contract. Base year: September 01, 2025 through August 31, 2026 Option year 1: September 01, 2026 through August 31, 2027 Option year 2: September 01, 2027 through August 31, 2028 Option year 3: September 01, 2028 through August 31, 2029 Option year 4: September 01, 2029 through August 31, 2030 The statutory authority for restricting competition under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, or Sole sourcing, is 41 U.S.C. 253(c), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(a).
