We are seeking information for market research purposes only. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. The Hampton VA Medical Center (HVAMC) is conducting a market survey to find qualified vendors who can perform Bacterial and Nutritional Food Testing services for the Hampton VA Medical Center, 100 Emancipation Drive, Hampton VA 23667 The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, supplies, equipment, management, and testing facilities necessary to perform microbiological testing, listeria testing, and nutritional analysis on VISN 6 Commissary samples. The Contractor s testing facility must be a food testing facility and shall have ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation. All interested parties should respond, in writing via email to warren.pennil@va.gov. The NAICS 541380 (Testing Laboratories and Services) is applicable to this acquisition; with a size standard of $19 Million. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 required registration in the System for Award Management www.sam.gov prior to award of a contract.
