Sources Sought Notice THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), NCO 08- is conducting a market research survey to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing Mobile Cummins Generator Testing and Inspection Services for a period of performance of a base year and four (4) one-year options at a firm fixed price Bay Pines Veteran Affairs Healthcare System, Lee County VA Clinic, at 2489 Diplomat Parkway East, Cape Coral, FL 33909-5422. ***See attached Draft Statement of Work*** Interested parties should provide the following information: Company name, address, point of contact, and point of contact email address and phone number. UEI number and CAGE code. Business size status under the applicable NAICS code. A brief capability statement that includes your company's ability to perform the services described above, including relevant past performance experience. Any additional information that demonstrates your company's ability to meet the requirements. Responses are due to Moneque Rodriguez at moneque.rodriguez@va.gov by 10:00 AM EST on Friday, April 11, 2025. No submissions will be accepted after this date and time. This is a Sources Sought Notice and submissions will be used for informational and planning purposes only.
