    1.GENERAL: Lee County Veterans Medical Center located at 2489 Diplomat Pkwy E, Cape Coral, FL 33909, has a requirement for HVAC Testing and balancing services. 2.SCOPE: The Contractor services shall supply all supervision, materials, and labor to make the necessary testing and balancing to the Lee County Health Care Clinic. Preform a whole building Heating, Ventilation and Air (HVAC) Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) at Lee County Health Care Clinic (LCHCC) in Cape Coral, Florida. The primary objective is to optimize the performance of the existing HVAC systems by balancing system air flows, pressures, temperatures and settings to meet current health care standards and directives as well as creating comfortable conditions throughout the healthcare clinic. This will help to ensure system performance optimization, indoor air quality, and meet strict healthcare ventilation and pressure requirements. * This will be a firm fixed price SDVOSB set aside solicitation that will begin on or about the 17th of July, 2025.
