The purpose of this notice is to announce that the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 22), is seeking contractors interested in providing a quote for: The Northern Arizona VA Healthcare System (NAVAHCS) has an annual requirement for testing and certification of the Medical Gas Distribution System and Equipment. The services shall comply with this Statement of Work (SOW), all VA, local, state, and Federal policies, and regulations. Solicitation shall be issued on or about October 20, 2025, with proposals due no later than November 07, 2025 at 5:00 P.M. MST. The following NAICS code: 541380 and FSC/PSC code: H365 apply to this requirement. This is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. ALL SDVOSB s MUST BE CERTIFIED WITH THE GOVERNMENT. All interested parties must respond to the solicitation announcement.
