    This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFQ is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Interested SDVOSBs must be listed and certified at SBA.gov or https://search.certifications.sba.gov/ to receive contract awards. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16, is soliciting offers for Inspect, Clean, and Maintain Fuel Storage Tanks. The Contractor shall provide shall furnish all labor, supervision, transportation, tools, materials, and supplies necessary to complete inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of 4 20,000 gallons, 1 8,000 gallon, underground diesel storage tanks and 1 1,000 gallon unleaded fuel tank, additionally 5 above ground diesel storage/day tanks, and 2 Above ground 250 gallon tote respectively located in Bldg. 1 SB-5, 1N-101, Bldg. 3 and Bldg. 34in accordance with the details outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Work will be performed for the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center, 510 E Stoner Ave, Shreveport, LA, 71101. Offeror shall submit technical questions to the Government in writing via email only and No Later Than Friday 2:30 P.M. Central Daylight Time (CDT), 07/29/2025.
