    Please see Page 41 for Instruction to Offerors and Page 42 for Evaluation Criteria in the attached SolicitationFA480925Q0032. The incumbent is X Cell Management Inc (FA480921P0001; PoP-1 Oct 2020-30 Sept 2025; Total Price- $191,452.00).

    Please see Page 41, section e, for site visit information. 

    This is a FY26 requirement and this solicitation is posted without funding. The period of performance does not start until 1 October 2025

    Amendment 0001 (21 April 2025)- There shall be no site visit due to a lack of interest. Additionally, please see a questions and answers word document to submit questions for this solicitation as well as attaching the PWS and WD to the solicitation. 

    Amendment 0002 (8 May 2025)- The questions and answers document has been updated to reflect questions that have been receieved. Additionally, please see the updated Performance Work Statement dated 6 May 2025.
