HARDWARE INSERTION SYSTEM

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products for the purchase of Hardware Insertion Press with all necessary equipment and installations for 30 OSS/TDDEC Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA and is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being solicited and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The 30th Contracting Squadron (30 CONS), intends to utilize this Request for Quotation (RFQ), under solicitation number FA461025Q0081, to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The Government intends to award one contract to the responsible Offeror whose quotation represents the Best Value to the Government. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is "333517 - Machine Tool Manufacturing industry", with a small business size standard of 500 Employees.

Offerors shall respond to this RFQ via e-mail by 24 September 2025 at 2:00P.M. PST. All quotations should be sent to,  SSgt Deywan Hunt, at deywan.hunt@spaceforce.mil and Christopher Hummel at christopher.hummel.6@spaceforce.mil before the due date and time specified.

All questions regarding the RFQ package must be submitted to the above e-mail addresses by 17 September 2025 at 10:00AM PST. Any questions asked over the telephone will not be answered. Any questions received after this date and time may not be answered.
