IQC1000223709//RA26037137, solicitation number SPE4A7-26-R-0429.  This is an LTC for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a 5 one-year base periods for NSN 1680-01-572-9400, EAD quantity is 200 each for the 5 one-year base periods for a Harness, Aircraft, Safety.  This is a Critical Application Item.  This is a NAVY CSI item.  This is a Life Support Item.  Textile Testing, Government First Article Testing and Production Lot Testing are required.  Subcontracting Plan is not required.  This NSN is being set-aside for 100% Small Businesses only, offers from Small Businesses will only be considered.   Specification plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.  FOB: Origin, Stock Location: New Cumberland, PA & Tracy, CA, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin, Higher level quality is required.    Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS): The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
