The completed forms shall be submitted electronically to John Fotos at john.g.fotos.civ@army.mil, Ashley Korves at ashley.m.korves.civ@army.mil, and Caitlyn Smith at caitlyn.l.smith3.civ@army.mil. The Government intends to upload documents to the virtual library throughout the pre-solicitation phase. It is the contractor's responsibility to review the site to obtain the most recent information available.
