HAZMAT TESTING 914 NIAGARA FALLS 2025 SYNOPSIS

This notice is a SYNOPSIS only. Any proposals recieved in response to this SYNOPSIS will NOT recieve a response.

The 914th Niagara Falls Air Refueling Wing (ARW) hereby gives notice of their intent to award a single Firm Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement for HAZMAT collection of bulk asbestos, lead-based paint, and/or PCB survey with sampling requirement to a small business establishment within local proximity to Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station located at 2720 Kirkbridge Drive Niagara Falls, NY 14304. The contractor will have qualified and state-certified inspectors with ability to collect and transport roof HAZMAT samples to a certified New York State laboratory for testing and analysis. Repairing sample location, disposing of any generated debris, and accept a Government Purchase Card as form of payment is also required. The period of performance for this agreement is five years. This procurement is 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 541380 – Testing Laboratories and Services, size standard $19.0 million applies, with Service Code F999 - Other Environmental Services. This requirement is being solicited orally IAW FAR Part 13.

This notice of intent to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement is not a request for quotations. There will be no written solicitation available for competitive quotes from this announcement.
