Amendment 0001 is hereby issued to Solicitation No. 47PM0925R0030 for the Request for Proposal (RFP) - Health & Human Services Headquarters Dining Services to amend the following:

1. Provide response to Requests for Information received by September 19, 2025. (See Solicitation Amendment attachment).

2. The RFP is being updated with the following information- The Department of Health and Human Services is intending to launch a separate food service program for its occupants where each individual can order meals from restaurants in the area for delivery to the Hubert H. Humphrey Building, similar to the services provided by "Uber Eats" or "DoorDash." This no-cost agency sponsored service will be entirely independent of the cafeteria operations.

Proposal due date remains the same at Friday, September 26, 2025 at 12:00 PM EST.

All other terms and conditions remain the same.

Prospective vendors are to sign and submit this Amendment with their proposal

GSA is seeking a potential contractor for the Dining Services at the Health & Human Services Headquarters at the Hubert H. Humphrey Building located at: 200 Independence Ave, SW Washington, DC 20201 to establish and operate in the Contractor's name; the food service facilities for the purpose of dispensing food, nonalcoholic beverages and such other items as may be authorized by the Government, in accordance with all terms and conditions specified in attached solicitation package.

This will be a No Cost (5) year Base Contract with two (2) Option Years of five years each, totaling 15 years. These services are to be performed at the: Health & Human Services Headquarters Building. Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at 10:00 AM - Cafeteria.
