THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials and labor to remove one (1) existing oil-fired boiler and install one (1) high efficiency wall mounted liquid propane fired condensing combination boiler compatible with the existing forced hot water system. The Contractor will supply and install one (1) 1000-gallon underground liquid propane storage tank at the project office. In addition, the Contractor will remove one (1) 119-gallon water heater unit and associated piping and equipment. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work.
