HEATING, VENTILATING AND AIR CONDITIONING (HVAC) DUCT, AIR HANDLER UNIT (AHU), VENTILATION, AND DRYER DUCT CLEANING SERVICE AT OSAN AB, SOUTH KOREA

1. This is a non-personal services contract to provide cleaning service on dryer duct and HVAC duct system in various facilities on Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the personnel rendering the services performing the services herein either by the contract’s terms or by the manner of its administration. Such service contract providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government.

SUBMISSION REQUIRMENT:

The offeror shall submit its proposal/offer/bid electronically through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module prior to the due date and time identified on the first page of this solicitation. Instructions for submissions in PIEE can be found under Solicitation - Web Based Training at https://pieetraining.eb.mil/wbt/xhtml/wbt/sol/index.xhtml. This is the only acceptable means of submission. Failure to submit through the PIEE Solicitation Module will render the submission late, non-responsive and ineligible for award.

The offeror has the responsibility to monitor the PIEE Solicitation Module for any updates and amendments. To ensure that notifications of amendments are received, the offeror must select the option box “Please notify me of amendments to this solicitation” at the top of the subject solicitation page after logging into the PIEE Solicitation Module and viewing the solicitation.

If the PIEE system is not operational, experiences technical difficulties, or is otherwise inaccessible or unusable, the Contractor shall immediately notify the Contracting Officer for further instructions. This notification must occur prior to the solicitation response due date and shall be in writing via email.
