The government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor pay for any information that may be submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought. This Notice is a request by the Government to collect information from companies for the purpose of Market Research. Not providing a response to this Sources Sought will not prohibit/exclude your company from participating in any future solicitations/requests for proposals. AFLCMC/LPSID, Tinker AFB, is considering issuing a solicitation in January 2025 for a MSA in support of two Hellenic Air Force owned KBR ECIS systems. One V3 and one V4 with ability to support a V5 system. Tinker AFB is seeking qualified firm(s), and/or organization(s) to identify sources capable of providing engineering and Technical Support Services (TSS) with rights to all associated intellectual property and current design authority. Sources being sought are restricted to Cage Code 3ZUK0, NAICS code 541330, PCS code H216. Sources being sought are not restricted to small business. The US Air Force intends to award one 5-year contract structured as a 3-year basic with two 1-year options, to a source capable of producing an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) license agreement. Proof on ability to produce/provide engineering and TSS with all associated intellectual property and current design authority as outlined in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement will be required. If your company is interested and you believe you are qualified, please provide the following: a) Company name. b) Cage code. c) DUNS number. d) Active SAM registration Proof of current OEM- KBR license agreement or OEM certification document to provide/produce engineering and Technical Support Services (TSS) with ability for execution of this MSA. A statement describing the company's interest in performing the work. Organization chart of the team. Capabilities, Experience with Government contracts, and a Brief background.
