To be considered for award, "equal" products must meet the following salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics: Must meet or exceed the standards set forth in MIL-DTL-32488 (Expeditionary Barrier Systems). Must provide equivalent blast protection, durability, and rapid deployment capabilities. For CLIN 0001: Must match the general dimensional footprint of the MIL 12 (approximately 84" x 42" x 108').
