    The NIH intends to restrict competition by using brand-name descriptions, in accordance with RFO FAR 12.102(a), and plans to solicit directly in accordance with RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for its requirement: 36-week supply of Graver brand-name High Flow Cartridge filters, Part # HF20-40S. Items are a critical component used by the animal research facility to ensure debris and embryos do not slip through filtration systems and end up in fish tanks.
