    Notice from the United States Air Force, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Installation Contracting Division, Base Support Contracting Branch at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio:

    The AFLCMC Operational Contracting Branch at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, on behalf of the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), is conducting market research through a Sources Sought Notice to identify potential sources, including Small Businesses (SB), capable of delivering a High-Performance Liquid Chromatograph-Mass Spectrometer (HPLC-MS). A set-aside decision has not yet been made for this acquisition.

    REQUIREMENTS:
    The Government requires a High-Performance Liquid Chromatograph-Mass Spectrometer (HPLC-MS) system that is 100% natively compatible with and can be controlled by the existing laboratory software platform, Agilent MassHunter. This compatibility is a mandatory requirement to ensure operational continuity and data integrity with the Government's existing data infrastructure. Technical market research indicates that only systems manufactured by Agilent Technologies can meet this requirement. This notice is issued to validate these findings.

    SUBMISSION DETAILS:
    Interested parties are requested to submit a capability package that provides clear and convincing evidence of their ability to provide an HPLC-MS system that is 100% natively compatible with and can be controlled by the Agilent MassHunter software platform. In addition, interested parties must provide the following information:

    1. Company Name, Address, CAGE Code, and Unique Entity ID (UEI).
    2. Point of Contact (Name, Phone Number, and Email Address).
    3. Company business size status under NAICS code 334516.

    Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov to be eligible for a Department of Defense contract award.

    CLOSING:
    Responses to this Sources Sought notice must be submitted via email no later than Monday, 26 January 2026, at 11:00 AM Eastern Time. All correspondence sent via email must contain the subject line: “FA860126Q0006, Sources Sought: High-Performance Liquid Chromatograph-Mass Spectrometer (HPLC-MS) System.” Be advised that due to network filters, attachments ending in .zip or .exe are not allowable and will be deleted.
