The Contractor shall inspect, test, and maintain the hoists and cranes to meet manufacturer's specifications, the Performance Work Statement (PWS), and publications listed in Appendix B. Services include annual load tests, annual capacity certifications, inspection, and preventive maintenance to ensure all hoists and cranes remain in continuous and safe operation. The Contractor shall perform this work and provide these services during two scheduled semi-annual visits during the months of April and September. Unscheduled repairs may be required at other times.
