HOSP BACKHOE LOADER

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) The solicitation number is 140P6425Q0116 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05.

(iv) This requirement is set-aside for Total Small Businesses. The associated NAICS code is 333120 and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees.

(v) Please see the attached Price Schedule for a list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure.

(vi) Hot Springs National Park, a unit of the National Park Service located in Garland County, AR, is seeking a backhoe loader in accordance with the attached Specifications. This will be a firm-fixed price award.

(vii) Delivery is expected within 180 days of contract award and will be to the following addresses:
