HQ JROTC NATIONAL ARCHERY CHAMPIONSHIP

The Mission and Instillation Contracting Command (MICC) - Knox intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Centershot Ministries, Inc. Green Bay, WI 54303 in support of 80 Army teams participating in the JROTC National Archery Championship competition, 14-18 May 2026 in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. This requirement if for the registration fees and Genesis Arrow Fletching Jig. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR OFFERS; a solicitation will not be issued. 

Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidece that competition for the requirement would be advantageous to the Government. Written responses are to be recieved by this office no later that 08 May 2026, 2:00 P.M. Eastern Time (ET), the award will be made without further notice. Responses are to be submitted via email to BOTH Cassidy Dummitt as cassidy.n.dummitt.civ@army.mil and Barbara Jeffries at barbara.j.jeffries5.civ@army.mil AND contain the subject line PANMCC-26-P-0000 042051 - HQ JROTC National Archery Championship. Note - no phone calls will be accepted. 

Responses shall include the following:

1. Company name and address.

2. Statement of interest meeting all requirements listed above as well as the training facilities physical location. 

3. A synopsis of the contractor's capabilities.

4. CAGE code or UEI number. 

5. Point of Contact name and phone number.
