Delivery: For Mexican vendors: Delivery shall be made to the US Consulate General in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico. https://maps.app.goo.gl/hNeQnC4WqDDThrxu5 For U.S. or other international vendors: If possible, delivery should be made directly to Hermosillo, Sonora Mexico and the bid shall be inclusive of all transportation and customs fees. If delivery can only be made within the U.S., the delivery point shall be Brownsville, TX. For evaluation purposes, the Government will internally add the estimated transportation and customs costs from the U.S. to Mexico to the bid to determine the LPTA (Lowest Price Technically Acceptable) proposal. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussions. The resulting contract will be awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis. All interested vendors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://sam.gov/content/entity-registration prior to submitting a quotation, in accordance with FAR provision 4.1102 policy. Questions must be submitted through SAM.gov no later than July 14, 2026. Answers to all questions will be posted on SAM.gov on July 16, 2026. Proposals, along with the required technical data information and proof of SAM registration, must be submitted to the Hermosillo Procurement Team at hermogsocontracts@state.gov no later than July 23, 2026.
