The Aviation Rockets and Small Guided Munitions (ARSGM) Product Office would like to invite interested prospects to participate in an Industry Day on 16 July 2025 from 9:00am to 12:00pm CST at U.S. Space and Rocket Center, 1 Tranquillity Base, Huntsville, AL, 35805, Room: National Geographic Theatre. The purpose of this Industry Day is to provide insight into and obtain industry feedback on the attached Draft Request for Information. Our purpose for this industry day is to promote white paper responses to the Hydra 70 build to print Technical Data Package (TDP).
The U.S. Government will host an Industry Day on July 16, 2025. Participation will be at no expense to the U.S. Government, and each vendor will be limited to two (2) participants. To register for this event, please email Ms. Rachelle Moore, Hydra-70 Program Officer, rachelle.l.moore.civ@army.mil, no later than July 11, 2025, at noon Central Standard Time. Upon registration, participants will receive additional information on a formal electronic invitation via eInvitations for this event. The eInvitations may be emailed or forwarded as needed. Failure to register for the event will result in denied entry. Please submit industry day questions, comments, and or feedback regarding this requirement no later than July 11, 2025 to Ms. Moore. These questions will be answered during the July 16th Industry Day meeting. Questions submitted after July 9th will not be addressed.
The Technical Data Package will be delivered via AMRDEC Safe Access File Exchange to the designated TDP recipient through the above eInvitation. The email address for the individual registration will be used as the recipient of the TDP.
Questions from this event and the Government’s responses will be posted to SAM.gov within fifteen business days after industry day.
