THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT OBLIGATED TO ISSUE ANY ADDITIONAL ORDERS AGAINST THIS CONTRACT; HOWEVER, THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ORDER UP TO THE MAXIMUM QUANTITY.
