Please direct any questions and email all quotes to John.Sproul@dla.mil. 1-Award will be made on an 'all or nothing' basis. 2-Taxes do not apply as DLA is a Federal Agency and is tax exempt. 3-Payment will be made by Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). 4-All quotes shall be all encompassing of all costs with delivery to site. 5-All 'or equal' quotes must include specifications and literature on the 'or equal' items being quoted. 6-If shipment will exceed the weight or dimensions specified in the delivery instrucitons (page 34) than it is authorized that shipping is directed to the CCP, in Tracy, CA, rather than directly to Japan.
