AI Summary
The Department of Defense is seeking responses regarding organizational conflicts of interest related to the ICBM Development, Operations, and Sustainment effort. Interested parties should provide context on their involvement with the MMIII or Sentinel Weapon Systems. This inquiry will not affect participation in future IDOS pre-solicitation activities.
The Government has addressed questions from Industry Days and those responses are found in the attached document.
In addition to the attached Q&A's, please take a moment to respond to the question below regarding IDOS OCI's.
The Government is in the process of analyzing the planned IDOS acquisition in order to identify and evaluate potential organizational conflicts of interest. This will assist the Government in developing any necessary solicitation provisions and contract clauses as well as avoid, neutralize, or mitigate significant potential conflicts before contract award (See FAR 9.504). To assist in this evaluation, the Government is requesting that interested parties respond to the following question and provide a brief context (e.g., contract information, scope, role, etc.).
Is your company currently a prime contractor, joint venture, teaming partner, subcontractor, or consultant on any contract or agreement of any sort that directly supports the MMIII or Sentinel Weapon Systems?
Your responses to this question will not preclude participation in any upcoming IDOS pre-solicitation activities (e.g., Industry Days, Requests for Information (RFI’s), etc.).
