IDIQ CONTRACT FOR A-E SERVICES FOR VARIOUS STRUCTURAL AND WATERFRONT PROJECTS IN SUPPORT OF THE SHIPYARD INFRASTRUCTURE OPTIMIZATION PROGRAM (SIOP) & OTHER PROJECTS AT LOCATIONS UNDER THE COGNIZANCE OF NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING SYSTEMS COMMAND, PACIFIC

Modification 01 – The pre-solicitation notice issued on June 27, 2025 is modified as follows:

1. To include Contractor’s questions and Government responses (#1 - #7). The questions and responses are provided for information purposes only.
2. The Attachment B, Small Business Subcontracting Plan, has been corrected as follows: 1.a. Total Contract Value $450,000,000; Base Period and Option Year Subcontracting Goals 1.a. Total Contract for the Base Period and Option Periods each at $90,000,000 and Total Periods $450,000,000. 
3. The Synopsis has also been modified (indicated in track changes):

• Page 8 of 13: under Criterion 6 Submission Requirements, is revised to delete “(certificates are not included toward the overall page count)”
• Page 5 of 13: under Criterion 2 Submission Requirements, SF330, Part I,
  Section E., is revised to add “PIC”
• Page 13 of 13: Last paragraph, 2nd line, is revised to correct email address, “annette.t.tijerina.civ@us.navy.mil”

There is no change to the response date/time of August 19, 2025, 2:00 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time.
