The United States Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, intends to enter into a firm fixed price and time and materials contract structure as full and open competition utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation procedures. A single contract is anticipated to be awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror. **This notice is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation will be issued; however, any SAM.gov registered vendor that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the contract specialist by 01 May 2026 by 2PM Central Time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. The Government will not pay for the information received or reimbursement will not be made for any costs assocated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow up information requested. Therefore, no award will be made as a result of providing this information.
