1. The sources sought is for informational purposes only in conducting market research. USTRANSCOM Acquisition Directorate anticipates issuance of a solicitation for Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&TRS) at the Ports of Indonesia: Banyuwangi, Java, Tanjung Priok, Jakarta, Surabaya, Panjang and Semarang Perak. The Government anticipates issuing an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base period of performance of 01 May 2026 through 30 April 2031 with an optional six-month extension. Refer to the attached RFI - TRANSCOM26R002 for additional information.
2. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this sources sought or reimburse any costs associated with the preparation of responses. This sources sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation.
3. If interested, please review the attached RFI - TRANSCOM26R002 and the two (2) attachments. Complete the attached survey (Attachment 1). Submissions must be returned no later than 8:00 A.M. (CDT) on 20 November 2025.
