Hurlburt Field, FL has a requirement for Industrial Tent Canopy. Please see attached Solicitation and Salient Characteristics for complete details.

**Response Due Date: 12:00 PM CST, Friday, 06 March 2026**

All quotes must be valid through 05 April 2026.

Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. 

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 332311. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 5140. The Size Standard for this NAICS is 750 Employees. Evaluation of commercial items in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 will be utilized using lowest price technically acceptable.

CLIN price(s) shall include all delivery costs to: Hurlburt Field, FL 32544 (exact location provided at award)

• Offeror must have active SAM registration at time of quote submission and award.
• Offeror shall quote on all items in order to be considered for award.
• Delivery Schedule: FOB Destination.
• Award shall be based on All or None, Technically Acceptable item, to the Government.
• It is the responsibility of each contractor to ensure that their respective quote has been received by the Government POC’s listed on the solicitation. 
• Offeror shall provide specifications along with their quote to be considered for award.
• When reaching out, please include both Point of Contacts on the correspondence. Otherwise, there is a risk that your quote may not be properly received.
