    Synopsis:

    The 56th Contracting Squadron at Luke Air Force Base is hosting an Industry Day on 12 June 2025 to engage with industry partners and gather feedback on potential solutions for the Vehicle Barrier Maintenance requirement. The purpose of this event is to evaluate industry capabilities to support or improve our current maintenance contract for vehicle barriers, which are approximately 20 years old and experiencing degradation.

    This Industry Day will serve as a market research initiative to explore:

    • Alternative contract structures that may offer improved sustainment, reliability, or cost-efficiency
    • Technological innovations in physical security, intrusion deterrence, and active vehicle barrier systems

    1. Understand industry capabilities for maintaining or modernizing aging vehicle barrier systems.
