INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DELIVERY AND OPERATIONS SUPPORT SERVICES (IT DOSS)

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) is issuing this Draft Statement of Objectives (SOO), Service Catalog, Contract Line-Item Number (CLIN) Structure for Information Technology Delivery and Operations Support Services (IT DOSS).  The Government intends to solicit the IT DOSS as Full and Open Competition.  The purpose of this announcement is to share information available and allow industry feedback and refinement prior to issuance of the final solicitation. 

The IT DOSS provides information technology support to all FLETC Training Delivery Points (TDPs). FLETC TDPs are located at Glynco, Georgia, Charleston, South Carolina, Cheltenham, Maryland and Artesia, New Mexico.

The period of performance is a twelve-month base period with nine, twelve-month option periods. The total contract duration if all options are exercised is ten years.

Statements and/or comments are due by close of business October 30, 2025.  All statements and/or comments shall be submitted electronically to Lynda.A.Bush@fletc.dhs.gov and Edward.Abel@fletc.dhs.gov, no other methods of communication will be accepted or allowed.
