INGERSOLL RAND AIR COMPRESSOR SERVICE

The Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation Contracting Office, intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, sole source purchase order to Ingersoll Rand Company, under authority 10 USC 3204 (a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 – Only one source responsible and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, for the Replacement of Board and Module components on a Government owned Ingersoll Rand Air Compressor. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. No telephonic inquires will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order. The anticipated cost is $27,000.00. The Contracting Officer determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem Only once source responsible, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation, Contracting Office intends to make a sole source award to Ingersoll Rand Company.
