The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on AUG 25, 2026, via email to Frank.M.Powers@uscg.mil. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Specialist at the email address listed above, no later than NOON AUG 17, 2026. An amendment may be posted to clear up any ambiguities and answer all questions at one time. No oral questions will be accepted. All potential quoters are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting quotes. A site visit will be held on August 11, 2026, at 1000 hours at USCG Base Elizabeth City, NC. Interested parties must arrange site visits with Michael Barclift via email to Michael.D.Barclift@uscg.mil a minimum of three (3) days in advance. All visitors must complete a visitor access request form in accordance with Base security policy and present a valid Real ID or Passport as a method of identification. Full name, date of birth, and last 4 of SSN must also be provided. Visitors with a valid Military ID or RAPIDGate pass will not be required to complete the access form.
