INSTALL ON-DEMAND HOT WATER HEATER IN ROOM W-224 BLDG. 101, CAMP ZAMA (CZ)

THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS NOR QUATATIONS.

The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for firm-fixed price contract to Install On-Demand Hot Water Heater in Room W-224 Bldg. 101, Camp Zama (CZ). Anticipated award date is around 15 July 2026 (subject to change).

The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to perform install on-demand hot water heater in room W-224, building (Bldg) 101, Camp Zama (CZ). The contractor shall perform in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS), commercial standards and practices, and the manufacturer’s specifications.

 Notes:

Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must have valid licenses to meet the requirement in the country of Japan. Offerors must have a Japanese CAGE code.

Note 2: Personnel Qualifications. The contractor shall be responsible for their employees have the following current and valid professional certification for the entire life of this contract.

•              Plumbing Technician (配管技能士)

•              Electrician Type 2 or above（第2種電気工事士以上）
