All work shall be performed in accordance with the standards outlined in this contract, current labor market standards, and applicable building and national plumbing codes. This acquisition requires a General Contractor with demonstrated plumbing experience and the capacity to manage multiple task orders concurrently, including construction scheduling, cost estimation, quality control, and subcontractor coordination.

Offerors are reminded that registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is a mandatory requirement for competition. Registration can be completed at https://www.sam.gov   and requires a Unique Entity ID (UEI). Instructions for registration are available on the website. The solicitation and associated documentation will be posted to SAM.gov.
