This is an Intent to Sole Source announcement. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to disseminate information regarding a forthcoming requirement. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Knox (MICC-Fort Knox), located at 199 6th Avenue, Fort Knox, KY 40121, acting on behalf of the Army Enterprise Marketing Agency, intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole-source contract to:

This sole-source award is being processed in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by the procedures in the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. The specific authority for this action is RFO 12.106-1, "Soliciting From a Single Source," which states that a contract may be awarded without competition if the contracting officer determines the circumstances of the action deem only one source reasonably available to meet the Government's needs.
