INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - BLOOD ASSAYS FOR ALZHEIMER'S RISK ASSESSMENT

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE:

IAW FAR 5.101 this notice is to advise the public that The Department of Veterans Affairs RPO-E R&D, intends to award a sole source, Firm-Fixed-Price Contract to C2N Diagnostics, LLC, 4340 Duncan Ave, Ste 110, Saint Louis, MO 63110-1110 for blood tests to assess Alzheimer’s risk.

 Per FAR 5.201 this notice is provided. The statement of work (SOW) is provided to support this posting. 

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS or QUOTATIONS.

Responsible sources may identify their interest by submitting capability information that clearly demonstrates the capability to perform the required work IAW the PWS.

Capability information is required by 10AM August 20, 2025 (Eastern) to establish the ability of the source to meet this requirement.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

The Government will not be responsible for any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this notification.
